The Problem
Lack of awareness in parents and teachers about child development often subject child to problems like academic pressure, physical weakness, mental stress and emotional imbalance. These actions not only affect child’s well-being but also end up becoming a hindrance for them in attaining skills which would make them ready for future jobs.

It has been proven that children form most part of their personality, beliefs and attitudes from 3 to 5 years of age. We believe every child is unique and they explore and understand the world at their own pace. Child is often deprived of exploratory experiences and is rather provided with structured curriculum which pays little or no focus on their well-being or readiness for future jobs.
The Solution
Our solution comprised a two-fold approach.
1. Designed physical spaces that provided sensory experiences. Children were free to explore these activities independently or with their peers to understand the world around them better and hence develop their physical, cognitive, gross motor, and socio-emotional skills. These spaces were facilitated by teachers at school.
2. We worked hand in hand with parents to ensure a continuum of learning for the child. Through periodic workshops, curriculum for parents, and conversations, we helped parents to be more aware of how the time at home could be spent to maximize development for the child.
